By submitting your videos or photos or media, you hereby grant to World Clique Media (and/or its affiliates) the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs and/or video and/or any media which you submit, for advertising, and any other purpose and in any manner and medium; and to alter the same without restriction and without further compensation. You hereby release World Clique Media and their legal representatives and assigns from all claims and liability relating to said media.

You also represent and warrant to World Clique Media that you have the full legal right, power and authority to grant to World Clique Media the license provided for herein, that you own or control the complete exhibition and other rights to the materials you submitted for the purposes contemplated in this license and that neither the materials nor the exercise of the rights granted herein shall infringe upon or violate the right of privacy or right of publicity of, or constitute a libel or slander against, or violate any common law or any other right of, any person or entity.

You also understand that World Clique Media reserves the right not to use the submission at all and/or use as much or as little of the submission as it chooses but please….

  •    Nothing that could be considered illegal or otherwise offensive. Please include the following information with your photo        (if known).
  •    Place photo was taken
  •    Names of persons in photo
  •    Your own caption (optional)

Name(s) of photographer(s) and/or submitter(s) (optional)Any other information you’d like included in the caption or on the photo such as email addresses, 800 numbers, domain names, etc. Images sent to us are credited to the photographer(s) and/or submitter(s) where that information is known and unless otherwise requested. Large files okay.
